Dairy Foods CDE

Wednesday, December 3rd, marked the date for Section 14's Dairy Foods CDE. This year's team was comprised of Danielle Cornwell, Jessica Harding, Justin Myers, Abbigail Stuebs, Jacqueline Stuebs, and Hailee Weisenberger.

The contest consisted of four rounds: a written test over the dairy industry, the identification of a variety of milk defects from given samples, identifying the type of cheese from given samples, and deterring whether or not common dairy products were real or artificially made.

Our chapter placed 5th overall with its top individual being Jessica Harding, placing 9th overall in individual scoring.
