Section 14 Meats CDE- 1st Place

On February 28, three members competed in the Meats CDE in Jacksonville, Illinois. These members had to identify beef and pork cuts, determine yield and quality grade, as well as, score carcasses and cuts. All three members placed individually and earned first place as a team! Jacqueline Stuebs placed 2nd, Abbigail Stuebs placed 4th, and Skyla Jewell place 6th.
